I hardly write reviews but when I do…it’s gotta be worth it! Hao Dang and his team helped us purchase our first investment property and the whole time I felt very well taken care of. Not only did I have an experienced realtor, Hao gave us some invaluable financial advice as well when it came to our investment. For the transaction, we were stuck with a bad lender who did not put our best interest first and failed to communicate with us so Hao’s team had to seek advice from their own lender to give us the answers we needed. Talk about going out of the way to help and protect your client! I truly appreciate the dedication, hard work and attention they put into making sure our transaction was smooth, successful and that we were well taken care of. Kudos to an all star team!

Hao Dang and his team sold my house in January of this year in a short amount of time for way more than we had listed the house for. As first time homebuyers, Hao was amazing at helping us find the right place and feel confident with our decisions. He was constantly explaining aspects of different properties that that never would have crossed my mind (e.g. what times of day would be best for natural light). He was also not afraid to tell us when something was a bad deal, which went a long way in trusting him to negotiate a great deal for us at our eventual home. In the negotiation process, he made sure to explain all of our negotiation levers beyond just the price. All of this resulted in a great deal on an amazing new home. We bought our 1st home with Hao and we were extremely happy with Hao throughout the entire journey. We started off not knowing what we wanted and went all over the place both in terms of area and price range. Hao was always patient with us and never pushed us in any way. He always gave us honest opinion of the properties we viewed. Occasionally he even discouraged us from buying a few (for good reasons) or going too much over the asking price. He was meticulous during inspections and walk-throughs and identified a lot of things we would have missed. He was with us in every step of the transaction. Renting was an amazing real estate agent to work with from start to finish for buying our first home and now our investment property! We kept in touch with Renting after she helped us purchased our first home in Redmond in 2020. Edrick Wang is an amazing realtor. I could not have asked for a more knowledgable and timely realtor to get me the home I really wanted. He went above and beyond at each step of the process. He always responded at all times and days of the week. He also was very knowledgable about the market and offered great advice on neighborhoods, noise, and overall house quality. When we put in our offer he walked us through the contract and was very efficient. It was only several hours between when we put in an offer and when it was accepted. We worked with Lan Kim (w/ The Hao Dang Real Estate team) to buy our first home ever and feel lucky to have found him before we started looking. Lan is an expert on Real estate in the Seattle / Eastside area. He grew up here which was a huge plus as he has a lot of local knowledge about the various cities. He was attentive in listening to our descriptions of the kind of home we wanted to purchase (good schools and community, short commute, etc) and helped us form a criteria to look for homes by. He even pointed out certain things that we hadn't thought of before, like how backyards can be great for families with young kids. The backyard is now one of the things we look forward to the most in the home we purchased. He was quick to answer our numerous questions, about build quality, communities, school districts, getting under contract, prices, mortgage and appraisals, and we found his opinions to be extremely well informed. For example, he recommended getting pre-approved with multiple lenders and gave us contacts of some specific ones, in order to secure the best mortgage interest rates and appraisals. Especially in this seller's market, with low inventory, climbing prices, desirable homes receiving dozens of extremely competitive offers in a short span of time, you need a Realtor who knows exactly what they are doing and has the ability to move fast! We are first time home buyers and we were lucky to have Cristina Borsan help us. In this highly time-sensitive market, proactiveness, availability and knowledgeable guidance of the agent is key. Cristina was very proactive in filtering and sending relevant new listings as soon as they became available. She was highly available and approachable to respond to questions, and schedule tours quickly at our convenience, including early/late in the days and weekends. She proactively reached out and found out additional information about properties as much as available (e.g. inspection reports, HOA documents, etc.), read through them attentively, highlighted the key pros and cons to note about the property, and what they would mean to us as buyers in terms of quality, anticipated work to be done, etc. (they can run into tens of pages, and can be hard to navigate for the uninitiated). In addition to her own knowledge, she also brought the knowledge of her team to suggest and craft strong offers based on most recent local trends in this highly fluid market. She was very patient to answer our questions, and educate/walk us through the process and offers, so that we exactly knew the terms of our offers. She actively followed up with listing agents after putting in the offers, to check and refine offers. We strongly recommend her, particularly so if you're a first time home buyer.
We are so grateful to Cristina for helping us find and buy the perfect home for us. We called her in March when the housing market was insane for buyers. Cristina knows houses and has great patience for new buyers. Within 12 hours she helped us get pre-approved and connected with a local mortgage company. No matter the time of day or night, she made herself available to look at houses. She was always 5 minutes early and ready to go! Cristina has great communication skills and we felt on the same page with her the entire process. We put an offer in on one home that had 34 other offers. We made top four, but didn’t get the house. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for better. Gina is amazing and absolutely goes above and beyond! In the past, I've observed a handful property purchases by friends and family and the agents were always kind of pushy and trying to hurry the sale by being dismissive of questions and concerns. Some would be of no help once under contract, since they just wanted to close and didn't seem to care about the client being fully happy with the property. Gina truly cares that you buy a property your like and not the one that moves quickest or brings her most money. She values the relationship with the client. She is very knowledgeable. During showings she would point out things that can cost a lot of money down the line (e.g. roofing, siding, window seals) and also helped estimate repair budgets. She helped make sense of the condo documents (budgets & reserve studies) and what various things could mean down the line. When I had more vague or open ended questions, she has consulted with her colleagues and pooled in a variety of perspectives to help get best answers. Her negotiation skills are top notch. She listened to my objectives and made suggestions on how to structure the proposals. She also took time to communicate with seller's agent instead of just throwing a number out. As a result, we've managed to negotiate down in a hot market. She also helped me not lose $500 appraisal deposit by taking an initiative to call the lender and instruct them not to schedule appraisal until we are done with inspection negotiations. I wouldn't have known to do that on my own, so I'm grateful I had Gina on my side. Gina helped navigate the rapidly changing financing landscape. She provided suggestions on lending sources and explained how the rate changes would affect day-to-day and long term costs. She also discussed the caveats of getting financing from a big bank vs. digital mortgage originator vs. local lender vs. out-of-state lender. She also facilitated changing financing directions with promptness and ease. During the property purchase, there were some issues with incomplete documents and inaccurate paperwork from seller's side. Gina stayed on top of that and made sure everything was complete and signed on time. She also helped me stay on track with my timelines, making sure I don't get blindsided or miss an important deadline. She took time and care to make sure I understand the paperwork I'm signing. She was always there to explain things when I had questions. All in all, I'd be very happy to work with Gina for my future real estate dealings!

Steve is the Best !!! Me and my husband worked with Steve for over 6 months in our very first house hunt process. He was very patient throughout, understanding to our needs and responsive to our various doubts as first time home buyers. He was already to come and tour houses with us. With his efforts we were able to win a great home out of 18 offers in this crazy market and that too in a location that was long desired by us. Even after the closing Steve is always ready to help us with with our queries and have provided good references for any house projects we have in mind.
Our house just closed with the help from Hong. She is very responsive. We can ask her questions any time: early in the morning, late in the evening and during weekends. The house buying process is very smooth. She walked us through the house before the offer and she also read the inspection report closely and offered us suggestions on the house conditions. We encountered some mortgage issues after the offer got accepted, she suggested a new lender to us and the problem was resolved. It was a pleasant experience buying the house with Hong.
Hong was excellent to work with and helped us obtain top dollar for our house. She advised us on what home improvements needed to be done and helped arrange contractors to do the work. She was always available in the early morning hours through the evening to answer questions and concerns. I wonder if she ever sleeps :) Even after the sale and purchase of our new home, she continues to be very helpful. We definitely picked the right realtor. What makes Hong Gao as well as her team known as Hao Dang Team in Windemere better and more professional than other companies are Hong Gao is basically my personal advisor and not just real estate agent. She always answer my call and questions. If she need to, she would even drove to my home to answer my questions. Her team from Windermere is very professional. The photos they took are insanely more beautiful than other listing I have seen. They are always responsive and provide me timeline of things should be done by closing. And unlike other agents, Hong Gao actually working for me and by any mean, she is trying to get the best offer for my house without just trying to sell it and get it over with. I was overwhelmed with the whole moving process, but Hong Gao and her team makes the whole selling home process so easy and quick to the point, I can moved to Vegas ahead of schedule. I will definitely recommend her and her team to anyone who is looking to buy a home and sell their home.
